THE CHEF
Joy was born and raised in Thailand and developed her passion for Food as a Home Cook . When she moved to Jersey she took up work at Thai Restaurants and honed the ability to work in a professional Kitchen as well as providing fine hospitality .

Her light hearted and warming Character is a testament of the saying ,
"Thailand and it's People is the land of smile."
